Sell your business, with your legacy thoughtfully protected.

We acquire profitable, established service businesses, and we partner with investors who want ownership in real operating companies.

What We Look For

Acquisition criteria

These are guidelines, not hard rules. If your business is close, let's talk.

  • Established service businesses with a track record of profitability
  • Recurring or repeat customers and steady local demand
  • A team or systems that don't depend only on the owner
  • Clean, or cleanable, books: tax returns, P&Ls, bank statements
  • Owners open to a transition period and, where it fits, seller financing
  • Florida preferred. Other markets considered.
Deal Structures

Flexible by design

  • Outright purchase
  • Seller-financed buyout
  • Partial sale or equity recapitalization
  • Earn-outs tied to performance
  • Joint venture or operating partnership
  • Transition and consulting agreements for the owner

FAQ

Owner questions

Will my employees find out?

Not from us. We keep every conversation confidential, and we only talk with your team when you decide it's time, usually near closing.

Do I have to stay on after the sale?

That's your call. Most owners agree to a transition period to hand over relationships and know-how. We'll plan the length and terms together.

What is a seller-financed buyout?

You receive part of the price at closing and the rest over time, with interest, under a promissory note. It can raise your total price, spread out your taxes and show confidence in the business. Talk to your advisors about your situation.

What documents will you ask for?

At first, usually three years of tax returns and P&Ls, the current year-to-date financials, and an overview of staff, customers and equipment. More detail comes after the LOI, under NDA.

Do you use brokers?

We're happy to work with your broker, or with you directly.
