What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us through our forms or by email: typically your name, email address, optional phone number and company, and details about your request, such as a property, a business or your investment criteria (your "buy box"). Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site and to filter spam.
Analytics and cookies
We may use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to understand how visitors use this site: for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive (such as from a search or an ad) and whether a form was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. We use these reports in aggregate to improve the site and to measure our advertising. We do not send your name, email, phone number or the contents of your form messages to Google Analytics.

How we contact you
Email is our default. When you submit a form, you agree that we may email you about your request. We will call or text you only if you check the separate, optional consent box for calls and texts. That consent is never a condition of any purchase or sale.
Opting out
- Texts: reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: reply to any email asking us to stop, or write to ashwin@palmsparadisegroup.com.
- Calls: tell us during any call, or email us, and we will stop calling.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as website hosting, form processing, email and our customer-relationship software), with professionals involved in a transaction you take part in (such as a title company or attorney), or when the law requires it. A buyer's or seller's details are not shared with the other side of a deal without that person's permission.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. You may ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing us.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
